o Managing the End of the Year Cards appeal, which is the highest-grossing mailing annually across all programs that garners about $500K each year.

o Achieving in integrating Cal Athletics into the Annual Giving Services Program by enhancing DM/EM efforts that garnered $450K in its first year.

o Succeeding in rolling out The Charter Hill Society invite and upgrade appeal for our leadership society, which brought in $72K in FY14.

o Conducting a test on a renewal appeal, which outperformed the control mailing by increasing donor response rate by 64% and revenue by 47%.

o Managing a complex EM series for 9 schools/colleges that generated $85K from online giving in its first year using Convio.

· Created an integrated marketing plan and project charter for implementing a Matching Gifts program that is designed to leverage company matching gifts in fundraising efforts

· Researched prospective printers and mail houses and managed the annual vendor RFP.

· Utilized Ellucian Advance/Cal Advancement Data System (CADS), developed data segmentation, wrote data specifications for complex data extracts and reviewed data extracts. 

· Managed and executed integrated marketing appeals by working with internal clients, providing creative direction to writers and designers, managing production timelines and working with external vendors to ensure mailings are mailed in a timely manner.

· Tested a premarketing online advertising strategy using an external vendor.

· Produced reports for analyzing data segmentation and performance results using SAP Business Objects
